Most couples celebrate one wedding day. Carly and Tristan celebrated two.
Months before this celebration, they had already said "I do" during a private elopement. But as time passed, they realized they wanted something more. They wanted the opportunity to stand in front of the people who had loved and supported them, exchange vows again, and celebrate the beginning of their marriage surrounded by family and friends.
With the couple's last name being Eve, there was only one date that felt absolutely perfect: New Year's Eve.
Set against the beautiful backdrop of First Creek Farm, their wedding was filled with meaningful moments, thoughtful details, and unforgettable memories that reflected exactly who they are as a couple.

A Celebration Built Around What Matters Most
One of my favorite things about Carly and Tristan's wedding was how intentional every part of the day felt.
They weren't planning a wedding because they felt like they needed one. They were creating an opportunity to celebrate the marriage they had already begun. Every decision reflected what mattered most to them: family, laughter, and making memories with the people they love.
From the excitement of Carly's first look with her bridesmaids to the sweet moment she saw Tristan before the ceremony, the day was filled with genuine joy from beginning to end.
Three Generations Standing Together
There are moments at every wedding that remind you what marriage is really about.
For Carly and Tristan, one of those moments came during the ceremony. Their baby boy served as Ring Bearer while Tristan's grandfather proudly stood beside him as Best Man. Seeing three generations together was incredibly meaningful and served as a beautiful reminder that weddings don't just unite two people. They bring generations together while celebrating the legacy of family.
Every Detail Reflected Their Style
From the western-inspired attire to the warm color palette, every detail reflected Carly and Tristan's personalities.
Their invitations, boots, bolo ties, florals, and décor all came together beautifully to create a celebration that felt authentic to who they are.
Becoming Husband and Wife...Again
Standing in front of the people who had walked beside them through life's journey made this ceremony especially meaningful.
Learning to Dance Before the Party Began
Cocktail hour looked a little different at this wedding.
Instead of simply enjoying drinks and conversation, guests gathered for line dancing lessons before the reception officially began. By the time the dance floor opened later that evening, everyone knew the dances and felt comfortable joining in.
It was such a fun way to include every guest and set the tone for an unforgettable evening.
Sweet Moments (and a Little Guidance)
One of the sweet moments of the reception was cake cutting. It's a tradition most couples look forward to, but it's also one of those moments where people suddenly realize they're not quite sure what they're supposed to do.
Do you cut from the top or the bottom?
Who holds the knife?
Do you feed each other first?
Those are the little questions couples shouldn't have to think about on their wedding day. One of my favorite parts of Wedding Day Management is quietly stepping in to guide those moments so everything feels natural. A quick reminder here, a little direction there, and then I step back so the focus stays exactly where it belongs: on the couple.

As dinner came to a close, family and friends raised their glasses to celebrate the newlyweds.
More Than One First Dance
Everyone expects a couple's first dance. What guests didn't expect was another incredibly sweet moment later right after.
After dancing with Tristan, Carly took the floor once again, this time with her baby boy in her arms.
It was one of the most heartfelt moments of the entire day and a beautiful reminder that this celebration wasn't just about a marriage. It was about the family they had already begun building together.
Officially Forever
Ringing in the New Year
As the evening drew to a close, guests gathered their champagne and prepared to welcome a new year.
Together, everyone counted down to midnight before raising a glass in celebration.
With the excitement of the countdown behind them, Carly and Tristan stepped back inside for one final moment together.
While family and friends made their way outside, the dance floor belonged to just the two of them. Just a husband and wife taking a quiet moment to soak in everything they had experienced that day.
I always love protecting moments like these for my couples. Wedding days move quickly, and creating intentional space to simply pause together before the celebration officially ends is something they'll remember long after the day is over.
As Carly and Tristan stepped outside to join everyone, fireworks lit up the sky above First Creek Farm, welcoming a brand new year and celebrating the beginning of another chapter in their marriage.

One of my favorite things about this wedding was that Carly and Tristan didn't build their timeline around tradition. They built it around what was meaningful to them.
