I'm not sure what package I want... do you offer free consultations?

Yes we do! We would love to sit down and chat with you to see if what we provide would be a good fit for what you are looking for! Reach out and we can schedule one today!
Can we hire A Seamless Day as soon as we get engaged or should we wait till closer to the start time of the package we want?

As soon as possible is always recommended! Dates fill up quickly, and this is something to not put off. If you are if you are looking at Day of Management or Planning Services, once you know the date of the wedding, we recommend reaching out to book it!
Is a deposit required?

50% of the package price is required as a retainer to book and reserve your date. Invoice must be paid within 24 hours, or your date will be released. The remaining 50% is due two weeks prior to the event. Any agreed upon add on service will be included on final invoice, or within 48 hours after the event.
How many hours will you be on-site the day of my wedding?

A lead planner will be onsite a minimum of 10 hours the day of the event for the Day of Management package. Though we also offer a 12 hour package. For planning packages a lead planner will be on site for 12 hours or we have an option for all day!
How many staff member will be at my event?

One lead planner will be at every wedding, and event. If your wedding ceremony and reception are at different locations and/or your guest count is over 250, there will also be an assistant to the planner on site for a portion of the day. Size of team needed for larger events will be discussed during consultation.
What areas do you service?

A Seamless Day is based in Johnson County, KS and has a radius that covers a majority of the greater KC metro. Outside of that range is still doable, whether it be to Wichita, Topeka, or a destination wedding at a beach! There will just be an additional fee for those events.
