We do all of our consultations virtually so you are able to find a convenient time that works for you. Whether you want help planning or just know that you will need help on the day, reaching out as soon as possible is always recommended! Dates fill up quickly, and this is something to not put off. Next year's calendar is already open!

Yes, 50% of the package price is required as a retainer to book and reserve your date. The remaining 50% is due two weeks prior to the event. We accept cash, check, credit cards, ACH, and Venmo.

A lead planner will be onsite a minimum of 10 hours the day of the event for the Day of Management package. Though we also offer a 12 hour package.For planning packages a lead planner will be on site for 12 hours or we have an option for all day!

One lead planner will be at every wedding, and event. During our consultation we will discuss all the different factors that help determine if a larger team is necessary. A Seamless Day has a great team who are all excited to be part of your dream team!

A Seamless Day is based in Johnson County, KS and has a radius that covers a majority of the greater KC metro. But don't worry, we love to travel! There just might be an additional fee depending on distance. Want to learn more? Let's chat!
