Enjoy unlimited text and email communication during your contracted time, along with monthly to bi weekly in-person or virtual meetings and a final venue walkthrough ensuring every detail of your wedding is carefully planned.

We meticulously prepare the timeline for both the wedding party and vendors, ensuring a smooth and coordinated event from start to finish.

We have both a 12 hour package as well as an all day option.

Wedding Portal
Access and manage all your wedding information effortlessly through our secure portal, connected to Google Drive for smooth collaboration and storage. This includes budget, and guest list worksheets to help keep everything in one place.

Vendor Coordination
We provide vendor recommendations along with managing thorough vendor coordination. From reviewing contracts to serving as the main point of contact, and maintain consistent communication to confirm timelines, deliveries, setups for a seamless wedding day execution.

We also manage the rehearsal, ensuring that every member of the wedding party knows their role and the ceremony flows smoothly.
